|
Here's a list of some frequently asked questions and their answers. If yours is not here feel free to contact us from our tech support form.
Q: I lost the game I bought. How can I get it again?
A: Just use our tech support form explaining your problem and provide us with your name and e-mail address as well as the aproximate purchase date, and we'll e-mail you a new download link.
Q: I lost my registration code. How can I get it again?
A: Just use our tech support form explaining your problem and provide us with your name and e-mail address as well as the aproximate purchase date, and we'll e-mail you a new code.
Q: I don't trust much buying on-line. Is it safe to use my credit card? Are there any other methods I can use to buy your games?
A: Purchasing from our web site is completely safe because we use Plimus, one of the safest and most used e-commerce providers on the Internet that guarantees you absolute security in your transactions, as they use hacker-proof connections to transfer your information. If even now you don't feel confident using your credit card on-line we provide alternative payment methods: wire transfer and check as well as phone/fax and mail orders. Keep in mind some of these methods aren't as fast as credit card purchases and you may not be able to download the full game until your order is processed.
Q: After installing The Cursed Wheel game it doesn't work, or I get an error window saying something about OpenGL and the game closes or runs too slow. What's happening?
A: OpenGL is a technology that speeds up your computer when displaying complex graphics. The problem is that by default most computers don't have it installed, so you need to download it yourself (it's completely FREE!). As this can be a complex process and depends on your graphic card's manufacturer, we provide you an utility called Driver Upgrade System by Phelios Inc, that tells you where do you need to go in order to download what's needed. You can install this utility from the shortcut called 'Upgrade Drivers' created when installing The Cursed Wheel. After installing it, run it and click the Visit button in order to access the OpenGL download website. If you have any problems doing all this feel free to contact our tech support and we'll help you upgrade your drivers.
Q: Do you need beta testers for your next game?
A: We do not always use external testers, but when we do we'll let you know throught our newsletter.
